1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

Candles that have been lit or used

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before sending it back.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 daysof delivery.

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will review your request and, if approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (timing depends on your bank or card issuer)
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
5. Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
